Championing Deaf Awareness
Deaf Awareness Training is a powerful tool, key to building inclusive environments.
We are very passionate about raising awareness of the barriers Deaf people face at work. Our training promotes equality and improves access for all Deaf and hard of hearing people.
What can be achieved?
Deaf Awareness Training will enable your staff to be confident when communicating with Deaf customers and staff. They will have a better understanding of accessibility issues within your organisation and be more able to make improvements to your services.
They will be able to apply the Equality Act 2010 and help their Deaf colleagues feel supported so they can contribute to your company’s success.
