The Role

To meet new and increasing contractual demands, we are now looking to recruit a full-time Bookings Coordinator/Administrator to work within our Employment Services Sector reporting directly to our Head of Specialist Employment Services.

Minimum key skills requirements:

  • Experienced in data processing information to record and create bookings on systems
  • Administrative and record keeping skills to help meet contractual obligations
  • Effective communication skills and able to deal with challenges in a calm and approachable manner
  • Keen to thrive within a highly active and busy team
